- Glass:
- energy efficient glass (U-value = 1.1 W/m2k) reduces heat loss and lowers the demand for heating. It isolates the interior from external noise.
- on the client's request we make anti-burglary glass, reflective glass of brown, green, graphite and other colours.
- Seals:
- Schlegel casement window seals are made of polyurethane foam to prevent sticking to the window frames. They have exceptional performance maintained over a wide temperature range. They do not shrink or stretch, even in extreme climatic conditions. They are resistant to ageing and excellent sound insulation.
- Thermal drip cap:
- aluminium drip cap with flexible fin fixed on the window frame drains water out of the window. It protects the window against moisture and increases its durability.
- Micro-ventilation:
- unsealed position of window up to 5 mm between the sash and the frame allows for continuous ventilation of the room without chilling it.
- Paints:
- sikkens acrylic paints, which are lacquered fourfold, protect the window against weather conditions and give the windows aesthetic look.
- Sealant glazing:
- soudal natural silicon is a modern sealing silicone which contains fungicides.
